As head of the Corporate Group Lynne is experienced in all aspects of Corporate Finance, in particular UK junior public markets (PLUS and AIM). As a result of his broad knowledge and experience, he is a strategist and implementer in the worlds of corporate law, corporate social responsilbility and the social economy.
Lynne will utilise his network of contacts to provid you with the advice and help that you need.

He is Vice Chair of Westminster Mencap, the Chair of Kith and Kids, a trustee of the Roy Kinnear Charitable Foundation and Disability Law Service. Lynne is also secretary of the Law Society's special interest group; Lawyers for People with Learning Disabilities and a trustee and founder of Newham Riding School & Association.
Lynne's particular objective is to apply his corporate finance skills to benefit charities and social enterprises in the growing Social Economy Sector,
